Sorry, carpro, but I bought the neocons' snake oil back in 2003. I'll not do so this time without ironclad evidence. Remember the old saying - Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

 

If we had to attack somebody in the Middle East I wish we had attacked the right country, the one that might actually pose a threat to our national security.

 

If the Iranians do build a nuclear weapon in the next ten years or so it had better be a good correlation since, in that case, it would be the only viable, practical solution.

 

The Iranian government does not have the same restraints which held America and Russia to the MAD standoff.

 

You're right about that, if oil were to be fully cut off, but I don't see that happening for very long, if we go in with great force.

Well, if you support an evil regime, you are part of the problem. War is hell.

That is not a solution. Negotiations with these people is total folly. It has never worked before and the evilness of these people is worsening all the time. We must take out their ability to wage war with nuclear weapons. Anything short of that, is misguided and WILL result in the most evil people on earth acquiring nuclear weapons, with absolutely no restrains on their use. And we're not that far off.
