It's very possible, Cuomo (as well as the CA governor) are all over the news but then their states are getting hammered with Corona -19. The DNC convention is still a few months out and Biden is getting no better:

So who should they pick, Biden seems kind of lost, and Bernie was the real deal even if he was a 'socialist'. I think they bite the bullet and bring in a 'dark horse'.
