Does the end justify the means?
Bankruptcy in and of itself is another means of survival. I would say this question has more to do with how you got in the situation.
If you ran up debt knowing you could use banktuptcy to dissolve it then yes that is wrong.
If you lost your job or has nother change in life where you couldn't maintain debt payment then I question the motive being wrong.
In some of the above examples it almost appears credit was a blessing and not a curse?????
