Do you count gestation? God does. Not everyone is full term. It would get a little bit strange going around and asking people how long they were in the womb so you can assign them their life verse.
This is not exactly a biblical process. It would also change based on translations. There are too many variables to make this a valid consideration. Also, if you look only at what the verse is saying, it doesn’t match. The person being buried is the son of the person who sought the Lord.
I would not make a practice of this.

God can do whatever He plans.
I am asking because this would be a second revelation occurred in the 16th century.
There are three obvious possibilities:
1. God did it.
2. Satan did it.
3. One can start with an event and look backwards to find about anything.
To test it you need a constant. Not when the US came into being and when somebody died, but when every public figure died, or every nation started. Without a constant it is just picking out instances that fit.
Now.....if it worked with everything that'd be cool. We could put our info in and see when we woukd leave this earth. We could see when a nation would fall, or another would come into power.
But if it only works backwards and only in some cases....I'd think of it as fanciful manipulation (finding what us not there).
