Wouldn't that imply that He was God yet chose to limit Himself so it wouldn't be used for "His own advantage"?

it meant that Jesus chose to become a Man, to be the suffering Servant of Yahweh, that He decided to humble Himself and become a servant , in order to do the will of the father and die in our stead as the sin bearer for his people.
