Yes. Because Jesus is both Lord and Christ from His birth, Luke 2:11. And Christ paid for sins to be Lord of all, Romans 14:9. He is Lord of all regardless of whether anyone believes Him to be one's Lord, Philippians 2:10. The requirement for salvation is accepting Jesus to be the Christ, 2 John 1:9. And professing Jesus as Lord is no guarantee of salvation, Matthew 7:21-23."We believe that it is impossible for one to accept Christ as Savior while rejecting Him as Lord."

I've always believed Christ is Lord and Savior. This is an obvious truth of believing in the trinity. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one God.I don't think it is so much rejecting Him as Lord - but the individual not realising that He is to be Lord as well.
I do agree - but the brand new Christian may not fully understand it.I've always believed Christ is Lord and Savior. This is an obvious truth of believing in the trinity. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are one God.

That is at the point where some will "dedicated" their life to the Lord.
