Is the 7th day Adventist Church a Christian church?

Seventh Day Adventists deny the reality of a eternal place of conscious punishment for the wicked.
Seventh Day Adventist believe in keeping the law for salvation.
Seventh Day Adventist believe Sunday keeping is the mark of the beast and all who take this mark will be destroyed.
Seventh Day Adventist was originated by a proven false prophetess
Seventh Day Adventist that Jesus Christ is now in heaven doing an investigative judgement to determine who are His people.
Seventh Day Adventist believe the Levitical dietary law is still mandatory under grace.
Seventh Day Adventist believe the soul at death cease to exist in both the righteous and wicked.
They are a cult, but of their own flavor.
So they would be listed as the RCC would be, "close, but no Cigar"as both would use the terminolgy of Christianity, but vest different meanings, and have a different Gospel!
What is interesting is that the ONLY Cult that become Christian was the old armstrong worldwide church of God!
Well, I don't even thing RCC or SDA come "close" but both are cults, the RCC being one of the oldest cults.
Well, part of that cult has lined up closer to orthodox Christianity. There was a schism as a result of part of the leadership of the WWCOG that wanted to bring that church closer to biblical truth. Some have become trinitarian (although they still require adherence to the Ten Commandments for salvation) and the rest of them still follow Armstrongs original teachings (Philadelphians).
What ever had to ol' Garner Ted Armstrong anyway? Selling used cars maybe?

just caught him on cable few weeks ago, hawking a pamphlet and tape on describing what heaven is like, as it will be here on earth, and what type of jobs we will have, what houses, cars etc!
Think the main Church went to being "evangelical", as read som eof their stuff, and they claim saved by grcae/faith alone, obeying 10 commendments as Jews were mandated to allowed, not demanded...
sabbath no longer saturday and Sunday worship means mark of beast, as they once held to!
Garner Ted Armstrong (February 9, 1930 – September 15, 2003). I think who you might have watched was his son Mark.
Another cultic standard since that is what the Word of God was given for - 2 Tim. 3:15 long before any ecumenical counsel every saw the light of day.

that its NOT soul sleep, burnt up, heaven on earth etc?
The issue is not whether the creed agrees with Scripture or not, but whether people look to the creed instead of Scripture as the authoritative Word.
I am glad God sent men that were bold to enough to investigate the claims of some, investigate Scripture, and work to make a united statement in defense of key doctrines. Like the faithful in Berea these too set a fine example for us. Sadly, though, very few people today are willing to put in the effort themselves. They hardly pray or spend normal devotional time in the Word, let alone really dig in and feast upon the Word. Many are lazy, many think it is unloving and intolerant of others ideas.
