Is the lake of fire same as gehenna?

Tartarus - angels are bound by chains in dungeons (2 Peter 2:4; Jude 6).
Hades - where the souls of the wicked dead are kept until the final judgment at the Great White Throne.
Gehenna - where the souls and bodies of the wicked dead from Hades are cast into the lake of fire, the final judgment.
Tartarus will come to an end when the fallen angels are judged at the Great White Throne and cast into the lake of fire where the false prophet and Antichrist had been thrown a thousand years earlier (Rev. 20:10).

I hate to bring it up again, but any ideas on that timing of Matthew 25:31? When does the Lord come, and why is that not what the bible means when it says 'When the Son of man shall come'?

The "Son of Man" designation is virtually synonymous with Israel's Messiah, it is absent from Paul's epistles that give instructions to the Church. The context in which the Son of Man returns is Israel and not the rapture of the Church. Jews are told to "watch" for their Messiah for Israel's redemption, those in the Church are told to "wait" for their Savior and the redemption of their bodies.
Daniel 7:11,13 identifies the Antichrist as the horn "given to the burning flame" when the Son of Man comes "with the clouds of heaven." This passage corresponds with "the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory" (Mt. 24:30b) right after the distress of the Tribulation (v.29).
Before Armageddon can begin the Antichrist and false prophet will be cast into the blazing fire (Rev. 19:20). Those who survive to the end of the Tribualtion will be judged as sheep and goats, with the goats cast into the same blazing fire as was the Antichrist and false prophet (Mt. 25:41). At the end of the Millennium Satan will be "cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast (Antichrist) and false prophet are "(Rev. 20:7,10).

Hmmm. Here's a church told to "watch" for His coming.

Backtracing to verse 1, the church in Sardis had a reputation of being alive, but they were dead. If they are spiritually dead in Christ, they would not be watching or waiting for His return.
The few attributes they had was about to die, they needed to wake up to their condition or else Jesus would come like a thief, and they would not know at what time he would come (v.3).
If they were alive in Christ like those indwelled with the Holy Spirit, they would be ready and waiting for His return. Coming like thief applies to those not expecting his return, exactly the condition of the Sardis church.
