First of all, in terms of popularity worldwide, the U.S. is a mixed picture. A Gallup International poll of 65 countries, issued on 30 December 2013, found that:

“The US was the overwhelming choice (24% of respondents) for the country that represents the greatest threat to peace in the world today. This was followed by Pakistan (8%), China (6%), North Korea, Israel and Iran (5%). Respondents in Russia (54%), China (49%) and Bosnia (49%) were the most fearful of the US as a threat.”

(Some of the reasons why America is considered, by people throughout the world, to be the biggest threat to peace, will be documented below.)

More details in that poll were reported here. This poll also found some marginal advantages for America in the country’s reputation as a place to live. It found that:

Poncho, what you do not know is that G. Bush was considered the most dangerous man in the world for peace by Europeans. I was in Prague the last 4 years he was in office and he was truly feared and hated by just about every European I met.

The fear and hatred that new exists is to a great extent a hold-over from the Bush years.

What you don't know or can't bring yourself to admit Crabby is that both the Bush's and both the Clintons as well as Obama all represent the same corporate interests.

It's the "moneyed interests" policies that makes the Europeans hate and fear the US.

Let me explain further, Bill Clinton's policies were driven by the corporate elite, both Bush's policies were driven by the corporate elite, Obama's policies are driven by the corporate elite.

The corporate elite are those people who have enough money and clout to drive every president's policies regardless of which party he/she belongs to.

In other words . . .

The left vs right argument is a scam to keep us divided.
