We as saved gentiles should be thankful for the Jewish people, as they kept for us the OT and gave to us the Messiah!

Definitely thankful to God for the Jews. That's why it's so difficult to hear some of these statements, like jews can't be saved as jews.

After Paul was saved, he never dropped his title as an Israelite, nor his specific tribe.

Rom. 11:1 I say then, has God cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

Phil. 3:5 circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee;​

What do you mean though did not give up being a Jew?
Your using that scripture to support your opinion, but have removed it from all context of what Paul says.
His attitude towards his own Judaism was negative in comparison to knowing Christ. He actually referred to it as dung, I could use an even stronger word here... to say the same as sh... on the ground.

Exactly what I said. He never bought into the lie you guys are peddling. Jews can be saved as Jews. Jews remain Jews after they are saved. Gentiles remain Gentiles after they are saved.

Your thinking is natural, earthly, which then is devilish wisdom.
Because the scripture tells us the opposite.
Galatians 3
26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

People do retain certain customs from their former way of life as they live in their flesh way too much. But Christ delivers people from that making one new man.

Dont think too many believe that, people will believe what they will, contrary to the scripture, that is the natural state of a corrupt mind. I bet there are differences between what I believe and you believe in various small differences even if I show that I agree with scripture, why else for all the many schismatics throughout history of the human race. Some of these are pretty easy to expose and some are not. Many people value their traditions over the scriptures and some will say we are not going against scripture, but they add on to the Word. There are warnings about adding on, and running ahead but they shrug that off, however God does not.

Man shall live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God is a pretty powerful statement when you think on that, shows the importance of God's Word.
