Israel dates to President Truman so I would like to know what the Democrats intend to do about Israel. It seems to me that all aid to Israel should be stopped. However, Islam still needs to be contained and we need to find sources of oil outside of Islamic countries.
In another thread you were just arguing that the way to contain Islam is to partner up with Islamic states that are responsible for spreading Islam.
It wasn't a very convincing argument either.
Ron Paul has been arguing in favor of a balanced foriegn policy that follows the constition and the founders advice for years but you rejected it outright because it didn't involve isolating, starving, destabilizing, bombing and strafing everyone that didn't submit to Washington's authority.
Last time I checked Washington had us involved in 72 active foriegn interventions usuing one or more of the methods I mentioned above.
What are the costs compared to the benefits? Isn't it logical to consider this when evaluating something of this importance?
We do it when shopping for shoes but not when it comes to Washington's foreign policy?
What are the benefits of an interventionist policy? Can you even name them without raving about GOP this and democrat that?
