Jail for parents (sounds like prophesy about child against a parent)

honestly your question is irrelevant to what I said. After His second coming then comes the Millennium. Bowls are His wrath. Are you conflating the rapture with the second coming?

simple question.

In what is told to us within the Book of Revelation ... there are the bowl judgements ... sequentially this happens after the abmonination. There's a period of time for these to be dispensed ... I'm just asking what you think that period of time actually is.

you asked me that in relation to the second coming of Christ which you seem to think splits the bowl jusgments. In all my time on this board you are the first ive seen to assert…..that. Your question is irrelevant and assertion out there.

OK ... that's not what I asked but.... disregard.

I can see we're more interested in doing a dance than discussing. thanks.

He is our strong tower to which we flee. WE go to Him because He will call!
You and I do this everyday in prayer. We don't need a rapture to do this.

Our task here ends when we go up.
Which is when God gives us to death.
When Jesus returns we will simply meet him as he destroys his enemies.

There will be no way to flee and nowhere to flee. The only way out is Jesus taking us up in the air to be with Him. That is how we will flee here.
We die. That's how it works. We don't flee. We stand firm in the faith and persevere to the end.
Are you afraid to die for Christ?

That harvest is in the very end, after the 1000 years as far as I can tell. That is when all the dead are judged and the second death.
There is no literal 1000 years.
Jesus returns. His enemies are judged. The earth is burned with fire. The children of God live on the new earth forever.

dad2, the book of Revelation is a wonderful encouragement to all believers. Jesus will avenge our blood. No fears. Have faith and realize God created you for this moment. He will give you the grace to endure, not to flee.

Yet in Rev 19 it seems to say that there is a big event happening in heaven. There is the great voices of, get ready for it--people! That does sound like possibly it could be the exciting marriage supper going on. Then, what do you know, The next thing you know it flashed back to earth where some big world power has gotten judged at this time. We don't know what that is, I suppose we could guess. Now if that was the judgment of the western world, especially the USA I suppose that would fit. Just before that power gets judged (if that big event with much people in heaven is the marriage supper) we would have had the Rapture! That was how all those people got to heaven. As they see this from heaven they shout hallelujah. I guess that world power had killed a lot of them and made life real difficult just before they were all rescued from it into the air! Next thing you know, in that Rev 19 chapter, sure enough it talks about blessed are all those who were called to the marriage supper! His wife was now forever in eternal bodies as He is, and with Him forever where He is. She is finally ready. Next thing you know, it looks like that party is over, and from heaven Jesus rides to conquer earth! If that was the marriage supper we ride with Him! You see where He is there will we be also.
So He comes back to earth and lands on the mount of Olives and takes vengeance on all the wicked. That is when there is that other supper of that last day period. The supper where birds are called to eat the dead flesh of all His enemies! Right here on earth. Then He grabs the false prophet and the AntiChrist and tosses them Personally into the lake of fire. And so Rev 19 ends. So yes we sure do need the Rapture!

We die. That's how it works. We don't flee. We stand firm in the faith and persevere to the end.
Are you afraid to die for Christ?
No. The reason we are rescued is not because we did anything! He loved us and washed us from our sin in His Own blood. That is what we get to go up in the air to be with Him forever. The folks who got saved after that and had to go through that terrible time (who are appointed to endure some of that wrath) will also be rescued in the end. He tells them to hold on till then. Those that do live long enough and hold on and believe will be rescued. The ones who get killed will also be saved of course. They just get to escape a little earlier to heaven. That perseverance baloney is a works trip. They are not saved BY holding on and enduring. They are saved by belief in Jesus.

There is no literal 1000 years.
Yes. We are given that number exactly. You don't get to wave it away. That is called disbelief.

Jesus returns. His enemies are judged. The earth is burned with fire. The children of God live on the new earth forever.
No. The earth is only burned when the 1000 years are finished. That is clear. The final judgment is also at that time. The wicked who are slain when He returns get killed, so they are judged. However, the rest of the dead lived not again till the end of that 1000 years.

He will give us a ticket to ride up in the air to be with Him forever actually. You are conflating times and events. That is not a skilful use of Scripture.

The supper where birds are called to eat the dead flesh of all His enemies! Right here on earth.
given the parable of the wheat and the tares .... which were taken first? what are the tares .... what is the wheat?

this picking happens on The Lord's Day ...er ... The Day of The Lord. So all these people (just the kings/captains/et al who rejected Jesus during their life) are gathered to be the slaughter for these "birds of mid-heaven."

Ezekiel prophesied this same event. So I am wondering how much time elapses between "the vanishing/gathering" of the "bird food" and the rapture of the saints. I am persuaded ... the time is measured in minutes. Not years, months, nor even days. I don't have a scriptural basis for that other than "in an instant" changed ... and then the reality of all those "tares" being gathered to the valley of Megiddo. They're not gonna stay there very long after they recover from their disorientation.

The day of the Lord is not just a few hours. It includes the 1000 years. As for the captains of trade and industry in Rev 19, that seems to be before Jesus returns to rule and slay the wicked. After all, if He were ruling already when those ships stood far away, they would basically be working for Him. It looks more like they are just nations that did not yet get judged as Mystery Babylon had just gotten judged.
As for the people gathered in Megiddo that is another scene. I do not imagine that when Jesus slays the wicked after He returns, that ships will be out in the sea having a nice lookee loo. For one thing the water will be blood, so forget ships out in that stench. But yes, when Jesus returns, He will make a short work of those that want to fight Him. I didn't say or think that those fools who thought they had a chance fighting God would be there for any length of time.
Finally, for the wheat and tares, I would be careful about reading too much in there. There are several times His people will be separated from the wicked. In the Rapture for example. Then when He returns, the wicked are slain. Then again after the 1000 years are finished, the saints are saved from the wicked surrounding them. Then again when the dead are raised to be finally judged. Let's not conflate all that into some single event.

Your thoughts.

for even as in Adam all die, so also in the Christ all shall be made alive, and each in his proper order, a first-fruit Christ, afterwards those who are the Christ's, in his presence, 1 Cor 15:22,23 YLT

Who are the, are the Christ's? And when are they made alive?
What about the rest of the, all, exactly what is the order of their being made alive, the time of them being made alive? When exactly when their being made alive relative to the, in his presence, of Christ's being made alive?

One minute after, in his presence?
One hour after, in his presence?
One day?

Your thoughts.

If you take that to mean when will we receive eternal bodies, then I would think that this is when the Rapture happens for His Bride.

The elect are Christ's.
God makes the elect alive and gives life when by His grace He saves them.
When Jesus returns to destroy His enemies, the saints whose bodies died, will be resurrected and given their new, eternal bodies.
(Note: There is no rapture in this passage.)

1 Corinthians 15:21-28

So you see, just as death came into the world through a man, now the resurrection from the dead has begun through another man. Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given new life. But there is an order to this resurrection: Christ was raised as the first of the harvest; then all who belong to Christ will be raised when he comes back. After that the end will come, when he will turn the Kingdom over to God the Father, having destroyed every ruler and authority and power. For Christ must reign until he humbles all his enemies beneath his feet. And the last enemy to be destroyed is death. For the Scriptures say, “God has put all things under his authority.” (Of course, when it says “all things are under his authority,” that does not include God himself, who gave Christ his authority.) Then, when all things are under his authority, the Son will put himself under God’s authority, so that God, who gave his Son authority over all things, will be utterly supreme over everything everywhere.

And ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God doth dwell in you; and if any one hath not the Spirit of Christ -- this one is not His; and if Christ is in you, the body, indeed, is dead because of sin, and the Spirit is life because of righteousness, and if the Spirit of Him who did raise up Jesus out of the dead doth dwell in you, He who did raise up the Christ out of the dead shall quicken also your dying bodies, through His Spirit dwelling in you. Romans 8:9-11

for even as in Adam all die, so also in the Christ all shall be made alive, and each in his proper order, a first-fruit Christ, afterwards those who are the Christ's, in his presence,

Do those emboldened take place at the same moment?

The Spirit of God, the Spirit of Christ spoken of above is it also the Holy Spirit?

Now those who have had the Holy Spirit shed forth om them abundantly, are they presently inheritors of eternal life or they presently heirs of eternal life?

Exactly when do the heirs become inheritors? Is that relative to, each in his proper order?

Hebrews 1:2 YLT in these last days did speak to us in a Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He did make the ages;

Is eternal life a thing? What about glory? Is glory a thing? What about Jesus the Son? Was glory given to him? Did he inherit glory? When? 1 peter 1:21? When he was raised from the dead, to die no more, death having no more dominion over him? Rom 6:9? Are we joint heirs of that same glory? When will we inherit that glory? Phil 3:20,21 For our citizenship is in the heavens, whence also a Saviour we await -- the Lord Jesus Christ -- who shall transform the body of our humiliation to its becoming conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working of his power, even to subject to himself the all things.

Christ the first-fruit?

Is that the order being spoken of in 1 Cor 15:23?

Col 1:18?

Lot of ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

"Under the new law, a parent could tell their 11-year-old daughter that she has to wait until she is 12 to wear make-up, but if that same parent told their 11-year-old son the same thing they could be determined to have “reduced non-heteronormative” behavior and potentially be subject to jail time. Yes… jail time."
Legal Breakdown of Bill C-4 with André Schutten of ARPA

They are arresting pastors, jabbing little children, threatening mandatory jabs and etc. Wonderful to know that Jesus will return soon. These animals will get what is coming. Including their leader who God calls a beast!

Maybe people will see the merit in a Christian theocracy now that we've had (yet another) crash course in the absurdity of a secular theocracy.

That will happen when Jesus returns. It won't be because people vote it in. But those alive will realize that the paradise on earth Jesus brings is far better than the hell that existed.
When we see the little children being subjected to depraved indoctrination and Satanic medical treatments as well as being subjected to unneeded experimental vaccines and etc that tells me they have poked God in the eye. His response is inevitable and will be fast.
