If it was "short work" then why did it take him a year to address it when he's known about it since October of 2012? Also, he's spent at least 3 broadcasts addressing and STILL hasn't accurately addressed Walls' format let alone rebutted it.
Dr White is mostly focused on Islam and other important issues.Shameful attacks do not rate high as a priority...once in awhile as time permits he deals with such foolishness.
these attacks are seen as that...he would rather attempt to go to the front lines against external enemies, rather than internal ones...:thumbs:
He as a podcast twice a week, why not call in? You never will and we all know why.:laugh:
I know many pastors who I would like to be on here who could teach much...but the atmosphere here works against them.thankfully some work through it.

I have called in before and the person that pre-screens the calls claimed they couldn't understand me. Calls from Israel to the US are quite expensive and I'm not going to sit on hold waiting to talk to someone who controls the format.
grasshopper...i have seen in person Dr.White address such persons and he is patient and kind to them.Most times it just takes some clarifying statements and offering a few sections of scripture before the person says...oh,,I did'nt know that, or, i misunderstood what you meant.
Few call in live because they just cannot cut it,and wind up sounding foolish.

Shameful attacks? Jerry Walls video was not about James White, it was about Calvinism in general. Even White admitted that it was for the most part in his view an accurate representation of what Calvinists believe. He debated Dave Hunt, Michael Brown, and wrote a book against Norman Geisler's "Chosen But Free" so don't give me that garbage that White doesn't bother addressing those who oppose Calvinism. Walls simply has a format and arguing style that White is not used to, and presented an argument that was quite a bit more sophisticated than Hunt's, Geisler's or Brown's.
In fact, White devoted a large segment of his Radio Free Geneva to addressing Michael Brown's program on Calvinism for the last 6 weeks or so. Why not address Walls? We know why...White is skeeeeeeeeeered

he will not waste time arguing against carnal philosophy which many employ. Even the foul critique said Dr ,White mentioned that. i have not heard this yet,,,but i am sure there is nothing to be worried about...at all.

I took the time to listen to the entire program and went note for note and debunked his entire response (which wasn't very difficult considering he barely even addressed the substance and crux of Walls arguments).
Lots of people, including me, have disabled comments on YouTube due to different reasons. I do not see that as necessarily a negative reflection on the person posting the videos.
We like to deal with scripture.Walls seems to want to question God based on Walls own thoughts on how things should be.I could debate him and what he offers with no problem as he is like the person paul describes as the "objector" in Romans 9......
If i answer.... you will just discount it, because it does not bother you that Walls speaks about himself and his feelings , rather than about the biblical God as revealed in scripture.
He and others in your camp really do not "get it". [ not from a lack of intellect by the way]

Walls and those like him...seek to do this..because they cannot do anything scripturally.....You, Benjamin, Skan, and others seek to do that here....I might not compete against major league pitching on a baseball diamond.....but i will be confident to play wiffleball in my backyard, knowing the field and conditions.......you and the others cannot do anything in scripture...so you go to "philosophy" which scripture speaks against, and try to bait us away.....sort of like ......Satan did to EVE...HAS GOD SAID?????

I thought Brown tore White up, you could see White getting angry. Of course, I might be a little biased. But honestly, I think Brown was FAR more convincing and gave much better arguments than White.

James White loves to ridicule and use innuendo as his favorite debate tactic. He rarely uses actual scripture to refute his opponent, he simply disparages them. And there are some here who use this tactic themselves very frequently.
Not pointing fingers... :laugh:
