Jan. 6: A Legacy of Troubling Questions

It's the anniversay of the perpetration of the great fraud, the big steal, and subjugation of the American people.

January 6: A Legacy of Troubling Questions

The hardened-steel baton made the most disturbing sound as it bounced off Victoria White’s skull. It varied between a hollow click and a deeper snap, depending on where on her head the metal weapon made contact.

...

After repeatedly striking White in the head, the officer in white holstered his baton. Then he made a fist with his bare left hand and punched White in the face.

“Oh, no-no-no! Please! Please don’t beat her!” someone shouted, to no effect.

After three full-force knuckle shots to White’s head, the officer in white paused. Then he went in for two more blows. He grabbed the hair at the back of her head and pulled it hard.

White looked dazed and confused. She wore a blank stare. Another officer reached in with his baton in an apparent attempt to prevent more blows. The officer in white grabbed his colleague’s arm and shoved it back at him.

The almost unbelievable violence meted out on the unarmed, 5-foot-4-inch White provides a stark contrast to the often-preached narrative that Jan. 6 was strictly an insurrection carried out by mobs of Trump supporters wanting to overthrow the government.

White was a victim of brutality. Her lawyer is preparing a civil suit. Hers is one of the hidden stories of Jan. 6, exposed only after a federal judge ordered that three hours of surveillance video held by the U.S. Department of Justice be released to White’s attorney.

...

Who Incited the Capitol Breach and Violence?

Independent media and online sleuths sounded alarms about the presence of unindicted individuals among those who first breached the Capitol at about 12:50 p.m. These men played a central role in the breach, encouraged protesters to go to the Capitol, and directed people into the building. Yet they haven’t been arrested, indicted, or identified by the FBI as among the wanted. Who were they?

A man—now known to be Ray Epps of Queen Creek, Arizona—was captured on video on Jan. 5, 2021, attempting to recruit Trump supporters to assault the Capitol the next day.

“Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol,” Epps says, as seen in a video clip. “Into the Capitol!”
A man near him says, “What?” and others are heard shouting, “No!” Then the crowd breaks into a chant: “Fed! Fed! Fed! Fed!”—accusing Epps of being a federal agent.

...

Are Jan. 6 Detainees Political Prisoners?

Third-world banana republics are notorious for terrible prison conditions and brutal treatment of the accused and convicted alike. Some lawyers, family members, and defendants believe the District of Columbia operates a jail that would be at home in any of those countries. The jail is sometimes called “DC-GITMO,” after the U.S.-run terrorist detention camp in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba.

The poor accommodations at the D.C. jail have long been the subject of discussion in the nation’s capital. The Washington Post said conditions there were “deplorable,” an ironic descriptor, considering who the jail’s primary occupants are these days. The issue got national attention in 2021 because of repeated allegations of brutal, abusive treatment of men accused of Jan. 6 crimes.

“American citizens are being tortured right now within five miles of the White House,” said Joseph McBride, a New York attorney who represents a half-dozen Jan. 6 defendants.

“America does not punish its citizens pre-trial,” McBride wrote on Twitter. “Authoritarian regimes do.”

Recently, Democrats have been despondent over President Joe Biden’s sinking poll numbers. His policies on the economy, energy, foreign policy, the border, and COVID-19 all have lost majority support.

As a result, the left now variously alleges that either in 2022, when they expect to lose the Congress, or in 2024, when they fear losing the presidency, Republicans will “destroy democracy” or stage a coup.

A cynic might suggest that they praise democracy when they get elected, only to claim it is broken when they lose. Or they hope to avoid their defeat by trying to terrify the electorate. Or they mask their own revolutionary propensities by projecting them onto their opponents.

After all, who is trying to federalize election laws in national elections contrary to the spirit of the Constitution? Who wishes to repeal or circumvent the Electoral College? Who wishes to destroy the more than 180 year-old Senate filibuster, the over 150-year-old nine-justice Supreme Court, and the more than 60 year-old, 50 state union?

Who is attacking the founding constitutional idea of two senators per state?

The Constitution also clearly states that “When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside.” Who slammed through the impeachment of president Donald Trump without a presiding chief justice?

Never had a president been either impeached twice or tried in the Senate as a private citizen. Who did both? The left further broke prior precedent by impeaching Trump without a special counsel’s report, formal hearings, witnesses, and cross-examinations.

Who exactly is violating federal civil rights legislation?

New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in December decided to ration potentially lifesaving new COVID-19 medicines, partially on the basis of race, in the name of “equity.”

The agency also allegedly used racial preferences to determine who would be first tested for COVID-19. Yet such racial discrimination seems in direct violation of various title clauses of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

That law makes it clear that no public agency can use race to deny “equal utilization of any public facility which is owned, operated, or managed by or on behalf of any State or subdivision thereof.”

Who is behind the new racial discrimination?

In summer 2020, many local- and state-mandated quarantines and bans on public assemblies were simply ignored with impunity — if demonstrators were associated with Black Lives Matter or protesting the police.

Currently, the Biden administration is also flagrantly embracing the neo-Confederate idea of nullifying federal law. The administration has allowed nearly 2 million foreign nationals to enter the United States illegally across the southern border — in hopes they will soon be loyal constituents.

The administration has not asked illegal entrants either to be tested for or vaccinated against COVID-19. Yet all U.S. citizens in the military and employed by the federal government are threatened with dismissal if they fail to become vaccinated. Such selective exemption of lawbreaking non-U.S. citizens, but not millions of U.S. citizens, seems in conflict with the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment.

After entering the United States illegally, millions of immigrants are protected by some 550 “sanctuary city” jurisdictions. These revolutionary areas all brazenly nullify immigration law by refusing to allow federal immigration authorities to deport illegal immigrant lawbreakers.

At various times in our nation’s history — 1832, 1861-65, and 1961-63 — America was either racked by internal violence or fought a civil war over similar state nullification of federal laws.

In the last five years, we have indeed seen many internal threats to democracy.

Hillary Clinton hired a foreign national to concoct a dossier of dirt against her presidential opponent. She disguised her own role by projecting her efforts to use Russian sources onto Trump. She used her contacts in government and media to seed the dossier to create a national hysteria about “Russian collusion.”

Clinton urged Biden not to accept the 2020 result if he lost, and herself claimed Trump was not a legitimately elected president. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has violated laws governing the chain of command.

Some retired officers violated Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice by slandering their commander-in-chief. Others publicly were on record calling for the military to intervene to remove an elected president.

Some of the nation’s top officials in the FBI and intelligence committee have misled or lied under oath either to federal investigators or the U.S. Congress, again, mostly with impunity.

All these sustained revolutionary activities were justified as necessary to achieve the supposedly noble ends of removing Trump. The result is Third World-like jurisprudence in America aimed at rewarding friends and punishing enemies, masked by service to social justice.

We are in a dangerous revolutionary cycle. But the threat is not from loud, buffoonish one-day rioters on Jan. 6. Such characters did not for 120 days loot, burn, attack courthouses and police precincts, cause over 30 deaths, injure 2,000 policemen, and destroy at least $2 billion in property — all under the banner of revolutionary justice.

Even more ominously, stone-cold sober elites are systematically waging an insidious revolution in the shadows that seeks to dismantle America’s institutions and the rule of law as we have known them.

I laughed out loud when Benedict Cruz yesterday called it a terrorist attack against the "Citadel of Democracy".

Citadel of Democracy? HAHAHA

Citadel of Corruption, of Oppression, of illegal taxes, of child murdering, of Satan perhaps, but Democracy? HAHAHAHA

If that building burned down with all of its occupants inside those of us in the hinterlands would be MORE free rather than less, and that's a fact jack.

I wanted to quote Ted Nugent here, but couldn’t edit the verbiage. I agree with Nugent, & my language in regard to what is happening mirrors his. I am irate over the fact that people are not speaking out for the true victims. Some died, some continue to suffer.
Ted Cruz has burned himself irreparably. Good. Never trusted him anyway.

Jan 6 Prisoner’s Fiancé Speaks Out and an 8-Year-old Boy Misses His Father After 11 Months Pass in the DC Gulag Hell — YOU CAN HELP HERE - American Gulag

“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.”

On a daily basis I get asked “how are you doing?” My response is always the same, “I am okay.” But the truth of the matter is I am not.

In just this last year I lost my best friend, my other half and the father of my child. The last time I saw my fiancé was January 18th, 2021. Imagine being home with your seven year old son and your dog, all of a sudden you hear your name being called to come out with your hands up. You open the door to see a tank-like truck with several otherunmarked vehicles in front of your house along with red and blue lights. When you go outside you realize your entire house is surrounded by men in uniform with firearms.

I went outside for them to put me in handcuffs and go into my home where my child was sleeping in hisbedroom. I asked them to let me getmy dog who wasbarking because he was being protective of us & I was scared that they would shoot him.

Who would’ve thought going to a peaceful protest would change your entire life?! Jorden & thousands of others American people that share the same passion for America came together to hear Trump speak. He went just to experience something new. A few hours went by & all hell broke loose.

The only people who know the truth behind all of this are the people who were there! Pictures & videos only show part of what happened in real life. There are three sides to every story: yours, theirs & the TRUTH. Jorden went with NO intentions of anything BAD happening. I guess people don’t believe in second chances, or being fair anymore.

Jorden was raised by a single mother who worked hard for what she had/has. She has such a sweet, genuine soul She has never given up, and always remains to have a positive impact in people’s lives. She is caring, giving, helpful etc. Jorden was taught all those same traits, and follows them still to this day. Jorden will admit when he is in the wrong, he will also tell you how it is if needed. But we are talking about a guy who battled with demons for a very long time and switched his entire life around in two years. He has always been there for my son and I, family, friends and even strangers! The media has slandered his name, making him out to be this horrible monster of a person. My main objective is to give a little insight on who Jorden truly is…

We are talking about a man who risks himself to save children from getting attacked by a shark, or a swarm of bees. A man who sees a homeless person and makes sure they have a meal & drink or something to wear, a man who takes troubled teenagers in under his wing to help them get on a better life path & to show them they have a purpose in this world, a man who volunteered to get his kidneys tested for his mother’s coworker who he doesn’t even know but to help her because he knows his mother cares for her coworker. A man who saw a house on fire, called 911 and ran in to save the family’s animals. When my child was asked at school what is one thing you love most about your dad, his response was “that my dad is nice to people” to me that speaks volumes.

Eleven months ago Jorden was ripped from our family. He was moved to 4 different prisons until he finally reached his 5th one in DC. In the beginning of him being there he was locked down for 14 days in a cell for 24 hours each day, because he caught COVID. When he was released from medical, he was in solitary confinement for 23 hours & only allowed out for 1 hour per day. That is mentally & emotionally abusive.

He is denied to finish his education, get a haircut or shave (he can use Nair to chemically burn his hair off), nail clippers just anything to do with proper hygiene, no visitations, no video call visits, just phone calls, no religious services, no proper medical care unless you get the vaccine! Jorden has lost about 30 to 35 pounds sincebeing there due to malnourishment.

There’s mold, no clean drinking water (it quickly turns brown). If something positive happens in there, or they even see a little bit of happiness on their faces the next day they are punished for something & put on lockdown. This goes for all the political prisoners! I could go on and on.

We have a seven year old son, who wants nothing more than his father to be home for hisbirthday andthe holidays! Our child doesn’t even want to put up a Christmas tree or receive presents thisyear because he would rather have his father home.Just think of the impact this has taken on our sweet, innocent child. The stress of wondering when his dad is going to come home. This has given our little boy such anxiety & depression HE’S SEVEN. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO FEEL THIS WAY.

Jorden has always had my back, even on days when I felt like giving up he motivated me to be the best version of myself & for that I will always respect him, and stand by his side!

This has affected me mentally, emotionally & financially. I continue to stay strong for our child & Jorden. In just this past year we have lost a young cousin, two aunts & a brother, who my son was very close with and couldn’t even have his father there to help him through it. Imagine being locked away and getting a phone call that a family member you are close to passes, then another one & another… oh wait, and another. WE WILL NEVER SEE OUR LOVED ONES AGAIN, we get to visit them at their graves.

Every night I cry myself to sleep knowing that Jorden is there, my son is hurting & there is nothing I can do for either of them. I feel so lost at times, I don’t enjoy things I once did. I lost myself. I don’t know where I would be without the support team I have. I am now a single mother working a lot of hours trying to stay a float and still trying to maintain a normal life for our child. Days that I feel like giving up I look into my child’s eyes and know that I am doing everything I can for him to have a great life (as great as I can make it).
