He, our Lord Jesus Christ is the LORD in Proverbs 8:22 who possesses the spirit of Understanding in that verse. Two spirits are named in Proverbs 7:4. Wisdom speaks of herself in Proverbs 8:12. And Understanding is speaking in Proverbs 8:14-22.
