Jim Bakker

We have been discussing on another thread about Ted Haggard....

Do you see a difference between Baker and Haggard?

Well, did you know that Jim Bakker is re-married and back in the TV ministry.

From what you can tell, do you think that Bakker truly repented of his past? Do you believe that Bakker is truly now serving the Lord?
Thoughts?

I can't judge him, but I definitely have my doubts about his true motives.

I went to his homepage. Thought it was typical JB to show no scripture but, sure enough, to solicit donations...I mean love gifts.

I watched about half of one of his archived shows.

No gospel presentation at all. No scripture ever quoted. Just sort of a "squeaky clean" super "wholesome" show...probably aimed at retirees with $$$.

Of course the "donate to keep us on the air" thing is prominant. :tonofbricks:
