Awful President but wonderful man.
Yea, but he’s no longer the worst president ever n my life, not by a long shot.
Scranton Joe by far and away is/was horrendous
Personally, I greatly honor President Jimmy Carter and for the great job he did/tried to do. Especially, considering all the awful politics that was constantly attacking his performance. Please help me out with what I'm missing. I believe If he had freed the hostages people would be singing a different song. I strongly feel that the hostage situation was designed to ruin his favor with the public. Which seems to be a typical tactic against Democrats. As a Christian Soldier, President Carter is one of the best Christian Presidents we'll probably ever live to see.

He was responsible for a lot of the deregulation Reagan gets credited with. Blue Dog Democrats used to have some mix of union and laissez-faire views, whereas now they're uniform corporate progressives.
I don't actually like either party and don't really care about the Constitution, so I don't have the same reaction to him Red Staters might. I'm so far to their right, Republicans may as well be Jimmy Carter.
