Ironically, leftists often refer to ammunition feeding devices as “clips” instead of magazines, but Biden used the word “clips” in place of bullets. He realized his mistake and corrected himself.

CSPAN published video from the campaign stop, where Biden said, “I believe in the Second Amendment, but nobody says you can have a magazine with 100 clips in it.” He quickly added, “100 bullets in it.”

Of course, if you look at the intent of the 2nd amendment, of course we need magazines that can have 100 bullets. The 2nd is not about hunting or even self-defense in the home. It's about war.

Agree to a point. I would contend (I confess I may be stretching the intent argument) that it includes all three, based on the time it was written and the rural nature of much of the new country. It is about self-preservation, which includes protection...from oppression, from crime, and from starvation.

Biden corrected himself, so what's going on here is not just typical far left gun ignorance. This quote:
