Joe Biden walks back his national mask mandate, admits it would probably be unconstitutional

You must have hard evidence that your president is a "mob boss", right? I mean no Christian would ever slander the leaders they are supposed to be praying for.
I don’t pray for him but ask him about his connection to Fat Tony in NYC.
An interesting choice of words. On the one hand, how exactly do you propose anyone even try and STOP God from being in control ... so "let" never enters into the picture. On the other hand, if you are proposing a direct Theocracy, people had one and rejected it and we are stuck waiting until Jesus returns to restore direct rule by God. So we just need to muddle through in the mean time.

This year, that means Jo Biden, Donald Trump or a symbolic gesture.
Muddle through is an interesting choice of words! Does that mean we choose an adulterer or a pro choice Catholic...might as well just hand it off to Satan and be done with it. I prefer direct rule.

Great. Good for him it’s always great when we get an elder like Joe to step forward and remember what the real world looks like.

About the only correct part is "Elder" and extremely elderly! The USA is a cooperative of 50 separate States or Commonwealths. The COTUS is very clear about the 10th Amendment. Bottom line - what is good for NYC many not be good for Montana. Whats good for Wyoming may not be good for Calif. Let the States / Commonwealths take care of themselves.

I have a conscious , your darling does not. And it just depends who is measuring the success and what it is to be successful. I measure myself on my own merits while your boy is not cut from that cloth most assuredly.
Doubtful on all accounts. My opinion.

King David was also an adulterer and God was able to use him anyway. Yet God never blessed any King that sacrificed infants to Molech.

So when choosing the “lesser evil” I prefer to overlook “personal sin” rather than “national sin”.

I will be celebrating my 35 anniversary with my wife September 12. The last couple have been a challenge do to cancer and it’s now recurrence into a stage 4 situation. I really don’t know what Jews do but I know that I pledged to love, honor and protect her up until our eventually death. With that said I consider David, Trump anyone with a adulterous disposition to be a scumbag not worthy of respect or my vote. To me anyway there is no lesser sin... it’s all sin & I never overlook sin.
in Jeremiah he warns of many things that will bring them to ruin but the one he chastised people over is their false sense of security, their hypocrisy their thinking God will be their protector when he won’t ... in a sense, why are you claiming peace when there can be no peace and your overlooking personal sin in favor of national sin might just be your tripping stone....cause you really don’t get to make that choice now so ya

((bold, my emphasis)

It is always possible that he has asked the Lord, forgiveness for his past marital shortcomings.

MMM- so if you stole a candybar - when you were 10 years old - does that make you a scumbag for the rest of your life?

Yes if you haven’t repented of it yes.

According to your thinking, it would seem i should sit out every election for office. So, it's not a matter of allegiance.
It is a voter suppression tactic used by the left. Focus on moral failure from many years ago to suppress evangelical votes.

It’s not how they think or vote. It’s how they believe conservatives should think and vote. Ignore the pro religious liberty effort by POT:S, and just stay home.

peace to you

So you voted for Clinton and Carter????
and Al Gore in 2000?

No, George Washington (wrote in his daily prayer journal repenting of his lack of fervor in daily prayer, left standing orders prohibiting swearing in the Continental Army because victory was only possible with God's blessing and any man that took His name in vain threatened his fellow soldiers, and set the example of a "king" stepping down and handing power to the next chosen leader peacefully) and Abraham Lincoln (who responded to the question about how to treat the South after the war by saying we would welcome them back as brothers).

Harry Truman may have qualified ... he found a squeaky stair at the White House and got his own tool box and fixed it. That makes him "all right" in my book.
