Its a legal grey area due to a single fact. Trump and his attorneys at the DOJ are saying Macarthur is having his Civil rights violated. It gives President power to step in.The president has no commutation power over a state sentence, only a federal sentence.

Unfortunately, They will find someone.I've also heard it's going to be tough to find an officer to execute the arrest. Lot of police in his church, and good relationship with local police.

Christians in California to riot.
So the justice dept cant intervene when a state official violates the Civil Rights of a citizen?Nope. Not for us Constitutionalists who believe when the Founders limited the power of the federal government that they actually meant to do so on purpose.
They were not in a position to.Did the apostles or the Christians in the New Testament riot over ill treatment? Nope.
...IMO, its time for Christians in California to riot.

The Founders intended The Bill of Rights to pertain to all citizens. Had a governor jailed a pastor for having church, you bet your britches the Founders Federal govt would have intervened. There are probably only about 5% of people like
me left in this country that actually care about going by the Constitution. The other 95% just want the government to do what they want it to do, regardless of what the rules set up by the Founders are.
