Judge Andrew Napolitano: Did President Trump obstruct justice?

I used to like listening to “Judge” Napolitano occasionally but I can hardly stomach him anymore. Usually skip past this clown when he comes on FOX and wish they’d dump him. He’ll say anything he thinks he can twist into an argument to get publicity and he seems to be getting much worse at this crooked lawyer-type tactic. There is little that annoys me more than a person who speaks as if an authority and if that his/her every expert word is fact when a great percentage of what they say is neglectful of the opposing arguments or other evidence around them and defy simple logic. Most annoying about Napolitano is that he is the king of question begging his “facts” and then lectures his listeners as per his neglectful conclusions.

So what is his opinion worth? Not much more than providing a talking to the Left whom the Nap seems not to mind to fabricate if it brings him more publicity...

Judge Nap was removed from Fox for a time over something, can’t remember & don’t want to waste time on him at this point to look it up, but after they let him back he was a different guy. He obviously wants to fit in with the new attitude of Fox going forward. Cavuto is intolerable too. The only show I ever watch on Fox anymore is Gutfeld. FB moved Charles Payne to the afternoon slot, so don’t catch him much anymore. I like & agree with Dobbs but can’t tolerate how he talks over every guest he has so they can’t even finish a sentence.

If the Nap and the Left wants to see obstruction they should look no further than the deletion of the subpoenaed 30,00 emails, hard drives and phones from a certain woman while checking into her collusion of selling uranium to the Russians and afterward receiving 45 million $ from them for her "foundation" as well as paying them to provide false information to sway the election. How about trying to obstruct our election process in the whole through a Deep State Coup? How about telling foreign nationals (Mexicans) they can vote in our election without getting caught?

Trump's inquires about dealing with the corrupt Deep State tactics while he took no action to obstruct the proceedings of their witch hunt investigation is not even in the league.

I usually check in and listen to Hannity, Laura and Tucker but I'll do it on Youtube so I can skip past the broken record repeats and all the commercials. I agree on Cavuto and I find Chris Wallace's tactics pretty annoying too. Gutfeild can be funny at times as the truth usually makes the best jokes.

I sort of followed him all the way up until he explained why Mueller didn’t recommend. That part sounded like a non sequitur. Mueller all of a sudden not his own man, but bowing to Barr? Perhaps I misheard what he was saying?

The problem in my mind is that there was no crime to begin with so it is hard to see how Trump's actions seriously bothered Mueller who spent millions of dollars, processed some 500 witnesses and had something like one and a half million pages of documents in an investigation that lasted forever.

Mueller should have detailed the illegal actions of Obama in spying on the Trump campaign using the crooked FBI to perform his crime.

Fox is going down the toilet.

Goodbye.

Of course, and Mueller is no angel, as you know. Look how much time and money he wasted with a bunch of Hillary contributors on his staff investigating what he knew from Obama's illegal surveillance was a lie from the beginning. Think about it. Obama's illegal surveillance of a political campaign proves Trump's innocence but no one charges Obama with his heinous crime.

Were he above board, he should have realized early on he was on a false witch hunt with the help of witches. Following through as he did makes him look like a highly placed warlock for the purpose. Leaving obstruction of justice anywhere on the table reeks of deep state witches’ brew.

For political humor, I don’t know if anything beats Mark Steyn being interviewed by Tucker Carlson, though I admit he sometimes gets a bit over my head with his allusions.

IMO the whole Mueller Report was a setup wherein 30 million taxpayer dollars were spent on two years of a make believe investigation.

In reality it was a muckraking of the POTUS private life to fill a swill bucket with muck to throw at him for the next two years.

They know there is NO WAY to make the obstruction fairy tale stick.
Because you cant obstruct justice on a non-crime.

Complaining and trying to protect your innocence (which Mueller finally proved) IS NOT OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE but DEFENDING ones self.

They desperately want to derail his presidency or at least seriously impede his agenda, which is why they want access to everything about him they can get their hands on, through unending investigation--to use against him for the next six years. :Wink

Indeed.

Not only will they use the Mueller Report material fresh out of the report but they will use the "unresolved issues" in the report to generate new witch hunts at the expense of the taxpayers.

Probably with the RNC still asleep at the helm with no one on the front line protecting BOTH the president and the Office of the Presidency (unless Barr turns out to have a healthy backbone).

Let’s not forget that the investigation had the means & ability to hide or destroy evidence about the left that was found, so it was made to order for all of the left’s agenda. Remember when Hillary barged right past authorities to go into Vince Fosters office after his supposed suicide? Rules don’t apply to the Clintons.

Just one question: What crime was being investigated when Trump allegedly "obstructed" the investigation?
