Judge Blocks Donald Trump’s Executive Order On Sanctuary Cities

Neither is Donald Trump? I mean, what do you want from me? Did you just wake up today and realize that Judges and Politicians are just as biased as you and others in this country?
Of course they are biased. They became Judges by being appointed by a President that was elected by a biased group of people in a two party system.
That isn't the debate. The debate is whether or not this Judge was right to add a check in the Checks and Balances of Government to Trump. I think, considering the potential impact of the unilateral move that Trump made, the check was appropriate. This is based on pass unilateral moves that Trump has made with little regard to the very checks and balances this country lives by.
Just would like the judges and press admit that they are sold out liberals on the whole, and quit trying to represent as being not biased!

Trust me on this, if Obama had issued same thing as president, he would have just let it roll on!

A Conservative Judge would have stopped him lol. You are so bent out of shape over something that you can't control. You have made your point. Sorry I don't feel as upset about something that happens on both sides of the isle. This Judge will either be proven wrong or right about his ruling. His bias is out there for everyone to see. Whether his ruling stands is the only thing that matters in the end.
The whole inflaming thing went out the window when you referred to rogue and authoritarian.

I was not using sarcasm or making light of a situation. I was very serious when I used those terms. How would you describe someone who rules via a pen on his own, with no checks from Congress? He very much like our previous President in this manner.
Sorry your characterization is hyperbole intentionally or not. Do you understand what it is that makes an executive order legal?
trump issued an Executive ruling within His authority as defined by the Congress!

A signature and a biased review from your Attorney General. This is why they should be challenged when the outcome of them reach so many people's lives.

A Federal Judge is checking whether or not that is the case. As Federal Judges have done to many other Presidents before Trump. Congress gives the President limited reach and power. Federal Judges are in place to check this. It is what I have been saying over and over and over again.
There never seemed to be this issue when Obama did those orders!
Obama did not exclude candidates on the basis of religion like Trump did with the first order. For the second version of the order, I'm sure it had something to do with Trump going all over the US talking about banning Muslims. Trump told everyone the intent of his order (if you can believe what he says) and the judge(s) took it seriously.

And yet a conservative Federal Judge says he did so he revised the initial Executive Order and signed a new one. Again, the law and his actions say one thing and you another.
