What part of "They will go out" is not understood. Just because he didn't say the word "deport" doesn't mean that's not what he is communicating. Everyone from his supporters who loved him for it, to his critics who criticized him for it knew he was talking about mass deportion.
But then again I guess we have alway been at war with Eurasia.
Yes he needs to say the word deport. If people leave on their own because we cut off all ability to work and gain benefits that is vastly different than deportation. Do I need to define what deportation is for you?
