God the ftaher turmed his "back" upon His Son jesus, for at that moment, jesus became the sin bearer, he was treated by the father EXACTLY as sinners will be at death, as eternally seperated from the presense of God!
thank God, that was only temporary, as jesus experienced 'restoration', as he cried out 'It is accomplished/finished!"
jesus as God was never seperated form the father, as he never stopped being God, but being fully haman, in his humanity experienced what all sinners lost will!
