Seems that "womanizing" is a Presidential trait, especially among Dems. FDR certainly was, but he & his buddies were able to keep it secret. (And, for that matter, so was Eleanor !) JFK's dalliances were well-known, as was Slick Willie's, so the Dems have no room to criticize any GOP for the same thing.
