This question is as much a straw man, and based on ignornace, as the NIV quiz.
Exactly Skan.. that's what i was trying to prove.
There are problems with the NIV quiz.
I asked him the question with a bias on my part.
The same way the test was biased, and had a predictable outcome before you answered the first question.

The Word of God is our Sword. I heard a preacher by the name of Brother Terril Bear a few years ago, said he would preach in the Church of God, Latter Day saints, etc. Got a lot of raised eyebrows. He quickly recovered when he asked outloud, "They do need the Truth don't they?" He then said you must be careful in how you handle the Sword, he could take the Word of God and chop you to pieces with it. I guess some just aren't as tough as others. I Know, I preached once about women wearing britches, (INCOMING!), do it again when the Lord leads. I had a "dear saint of God" come and "starighten" me out at the door of the CVhurch, "I don't wear britches, I wear only dresses, but you offended some of the ladies in the church." When all I said in that message was ladies need to stop and think about what men see when they dress like they do, then I gave a man's comments on a lady that came into a resteraunt wearing tight fitting nylon britches, the woven type. She was rather large and the fellow said,"Looks like a couple of hogs tied up in a burlap sack having a wrestling match" I went further to say that some women aren't like that, they are "just so fine", either way, women dress like they do because of how men look, and others could care less. But what the problem is that men do look at women and they do think things, so the more godly a lady dresses, the less of that kind of attention she'll get. Just physics, you know. Well, maybe two. But now where I usually get rough is when I preach on the inner man, that's when the real "persecution" starts, that' when you had better have that balm I was talking about.Remember, many of these guys and gals are "intellectuals" and must be handled gently or they get ruffled real easily, I know, I've rustled a couple of Scotts, a Hank, but he's recovering, Ed, well he's just Ed, tiny, he's just another weasel, Charles Meadows finally confessed and has come out of the closet, BrianT, well..., and then there's the moderators, well, they're pretty mature, but they can come down hard is what I have heard.
