I'm just wondering if the Governor has allowed the NG to have REAL bullets to squash riots or if they are going to be hamstrung like the police in past????
NG should give ONE LOUD VERBAL warning that destruction of property, or attacks against another person will result in being shot immediately. Probably take at least two, maybe three before rioters decide that their stipend is not enough for this response.
