L.A. on restrictions until cure

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti mandated masks to be worn even outdoors in the Los Angeles summer as he said that the city would never open up completely until there is a cure. I wonder how he will enforce that law, especially among the 50,000 homeless living on the sidewalks of downtown Los Angeles?

In Canada, the police are threatening to fight people so I hope that California police don't get trigger happy. I don't see how they can arrest people in 90 degree temperatures over face masks. Maybe they can arrest the 50,000 homeless in downtown L.A. and solve the virus and homeless problem all at once.

Congress is not worried about this pandemic because they are not even trying to pass a bill only about the medical and unemployment problems but they have it loaded up with pork and concessions to organized labor and on and on. If Congress were worried, they would stop eating the $100 a gallon ice cream and apply first aid with no politics.
