I recently had a thread on upper / lower case in regards to the words God, Lord, and ect. Click link here for the thread.

Now, lets take a look at Deut 34:6 (KJV) - Its states "And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab..."
So who buried Moses - if it was the Lord God, then should the Bible have the uppercase "He" instead of the lower case "he".

Thoughts?

That's one thing I like about the NKJV. It capitalizes God's name when it's in a verse, so you always know when they're talking about God.

Let's look at other versions.

Deuteronomy 34:6

Common English Bible (CEB)
6 The Lord buried him in a valley in Moabite country across from Beth-peor. Even now, no one knows where Moses’ grave is.

Deuteronomy 34:6

The Message (MSG)

5-6 Moses died there in the land of Moab, Moses the servant of God, just as God said. God buried him in the valley in the land of Moab opposite Beth Peor. No one knows his burial site to this very day.

Deuteronomy 34:6

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

6and He burieth him in a valley in the land of Moab, over-against Beth-Peor, and no man hath known his burying place unto this day.

It seems very conclusive the Lord buried Moses.

Perhaps he entered into a cave on his own and expired. He buried himself so to speak?
