A California locomotive engineer ran his freight train off a track and starting going cross-country to try to ram and sink the hospital ship Mercy docked in Los Angeles to provide routine care to patients to relieve congestion in Los Angeles hospitals. I can't imagine how much damage he did to the locomotive.
