No, because I did not interrupt him while he had the floor. As I already pointed out, criticism is fine...being rude while someone else has the floor is not.In case you've missed the irony... This thread is about President Obama being interrupted by a congressman during the President's address to the Congress. It has been stated that the congressman's shout was rude and improper.
How is it the thread title addresses the said congressman as "Loudmouth Wilson". Isn't it also rude and improper to refer to a sitting member of the House of Representatives as "Loudmouth"?
