Lousiana Baptist University and Theological Seminary

Neither attended nor graduated, but I do know the president (more my in-laws who are good friends with him) and a couple of the faculty members. I know an old college friend of mine did some adjunct teaching for them for a bit, not sure if he is doing that now.

Cool! I have been told that the president has quite a bit of involvement with the Philippines and that I need to meet him during graduation next week.

Oh, yes, absolutely try to meet him. The ministry they have been able to do in the Philippines is astounding, and they are able to send missionaries all over central and east Asia where Americans realistically cannot go.

Congratulations!
Why thank you! I guess you could add LBU to your list of recommendations but they seem to be more of an online "distance" education place and their actual campus is quite small and humble in appearance. I got my Masters Degree from them without ever setting foot on their campus. My wife and I stopped by on the way to the commencement ceremony (which took place in a Church across town) and snapped a few photos stand in front of but still haven't actually ever been inside the building. Everyone I met seems like great folks and I am happy to have affiliation with them. They are focused primarily upon vocational ministry and most I was graduating with were already serving in ministry in some capacity (Pastors, Missionaries, etc.). At 62, I was pleasantly surprised that I was far from being the oldest graduate that day but there were some younger folk as well.
