I have seen that is some churches.

Those churches are disobeying God. Their leadership, like all church leadership, will answer to God for why they ignored discipline regarding known sins of members.

Jesus did not make exceptions! He never one time tolerated sin. He was quite plain that they were to go and "sin no more." Crap like that sign infuriate me.

A perfect case of "liberalizing" scripture.
