Lower IQ and Brain Damage: Results of the Faucian Response

History may very well look back at the anti-covid-vaxers as villains, causing the deaths of thousands via misinformation and thousands more by allowing themselves to be the source of varients. They may end up being the "abortionists" of the future (depending on how many children their actions kill).

Time will tell.
I’ve still not got a handle on how it is that your tiny sphere seems such an anomaly of experience. It seems that the comparative number of children who’ve died, as well as the number of coworkers, is orders of magnitude beyond what others have witnessed or even know of. And then there’s the availability of the official Pfizer brand of their vaccine.

Does all of that not seem odd to you? Or have you a good explanation for it?

The reason I mention it here is that personal experience tends to color what people believe, how they describe a situation, etc.

We already know who so many of the main villains are: the Communist Chinese, the corrupt WHO, the mendacious Fauci and his cohorts, the mass murderer Gov. Cuomo, the “hug a Chinese” Dems, the “wide open border” Biden admin, and of course their enablers and co-conspirators, the Dem Progressive Left media.

The issue with covid and vaccine data is the data itself proves the vaccine is effective. We can see this when comparing covid mortality rates in the US among the vaccinated vs the unvaccinated.

But yes, when I see unvaccinated people suffering with severe covid symptoms or dying of covid while their vaccinated counterparts are having very mild symptoms it lends credibility to the scientific conclusions of the pro-vaccine side.

We have lost over 20 workers to covid this year, had over 100 seriously ill. All of these were unvacvinated. We have over 12,000 vacvinated workers. Nobody in this category experienced severe side effects from the vacvines, much less died. This is a sample, but it is a sample that proves the anti-covid-vaxer propaganda about vaccines wrong.

Informative, but that swung quite far from the suggestion of possible villainy mentioned in your previous post.

The point I would hammer home is that the Dem Progressive Left, rather than caring about the health of the populace, have taken and are still taking all manner of steps to prolong the pandemic in the US, and have purposely killed thousands and covered up or skewed data regarding other treatments that might have saved many thousands.

Certainly no one can legitimately claim concern about the spread of new variants when they have intentionally allowed people from all over the world flood across our border unchecked. Such is the Dem Progressive Left.

I agree the DNC is evil. That does not mean I should pretend the GOP isn't. They both seek after their own power.

The more I think about it (and when lockdowns started, the study was performed, etc.) the more this may be a little bit of chicken little syndrome. We are talking about IQ tests done on a group of babies, the oldest could only be 12 to 14 months old.

I think time may tell here, but it's probably premature to come out with hard core conclusions.
If you read the article you will see that it's not just about children born, but also those in their critical developmental years.

I did read the article and understand there were other points. Basically it is pretending to know the future by suggesting what was lost over 18 months can never be overcome.

No, it's making a prediction based on decades of research.

You're kind of surprised at the things that have been studied, aren't you?

Bhattacharya: There's a study done, published in JAMA Pediatrics, ... that ... estimated how just closing the schools for a couple of months in May or April, May, what would what effect would it have on the lives of these children?

Because it turns out that closing schools down it, you get learning loss that echoes throughout a kid's entire life. They live in shorter, poorer, less healthy lives. So the estimate was five and a half million life years lost just from that school [closing].

Not at all surprised. At the same time I disagree with your conclusion that developmental delays in cognitive function due to a lack of socialization in babies is such an obstacle they cannot be overcome.

I'm surprised you here while being obviously ignorant of behavioral and cognitive studies.

Loss on a scale like that won't be, but maybe you can cite some studies that say otherwise? I don't mean citing cases of individuals who may have overcome after a monstrously disproportionate amount of work by themselves and others, I mean of loss on a scale that we have just witnessed.

(1) Probably because you would be able to see comments should you need moderation.

(2) That said, most of us are adults here. We should not need to put in ear plugs to hear uncomfortable opinions. We should be mature enough to handle opposing views and choose to simply ignore what we deem worthy of ignoring.

(3) The difference is ignorance vs ignoring. What you want (via an ignore button) is ignorance. This is not the same as ignoring.

1-Are you saying that if A moderator is put on ignore, then no other staff can “moderate” that posters comments?

2
- Yes most are adults, but "most" ain't all, and your statement (IMHO, very juvenile) implies, that no matter what, an "adult" can just ignore the problem rather than do something to fix it.

3-Your post is an excellent example of WHY this “IGNORE” capability is desired, specifically the last sentence. That statement is obviously an arrogant assumption by you 'cause you have no earthly idea why I - or any one else for that matter - would choose to put another on ignore, and this condescending attitude of yours is about 99% of why I would so choose.

Also, you palavered a lot, but still didn’t answered the question of WHY!?!? The "supposed" answer - (1st sentence) -implies that if one moderator is put on "IGNORE" then ALL are put on ignore, & surely this is not so.

I await your next list of insults & amateur psychoanalysis!
And as long as we are playing psychologist (assuming this post is not deleted by a moderator!?), am I correct that you stated that you are a retired Master Sgt.?? If so, that may explain a lot of your posts - [caution, amateur psychologist at work here -- just playing along!;)]!! Many times you did not agree with your CO, but he was the boss so --- you kept quiet! You are now free to voice your opinion with no fear of "disrespecting your CO", so you are giddy with this new-found freedom and "just can't contain your self".
Probably not exact, but bet it's in the ball park!!

I am saying that if A moderator (any moder or administrator) comments on a thread in a moderator role you would lack the ability to read that comment, which could cause you unnecessary issues in regards to your posts (if the comment was applicable).

Many people cannot emotionally handle opposing statements. I am not sure that making those opposing posts invisible to those types of people really helps.

In life we will run into people who oppose our opinions. In life we will encounter people who rub us the wrong way. But that's life.

Allowing members to ignore staff members is not fixing anything. People who cannot control their own emotions should not engage others on a debate forum. The "fix" would be getting rid of those members.

I am not saying it is the role of the BB to teach less mature members how to simply overlook what they do not want to read. But I do believe it is not the responsibility of the BB to coddle these types of people, to shelter them from what they do not want to see.

In the oast I have used the ignore feature, but it did not take long for me to realize this was simply wilful ignorance to compensate for a lack of responsibility. And of course as a moderator I do not have the luxery of putting people on ignore.

No. I am a retired SFC (Sergeant First Class). This is an E-7. Master Sergeant is a rank higher (E-8).

The interesting thing about being a senior NCO was you could speak your mind. I wouldn't in front of lesser ranking soldiers, but I never felt a need to just be quiet (as evidenced by my posts here :p ).

@just-want-peace ,

I think it is very simple. If you do not want to read my comments then when you see "JonC" (with that extraordinary handsome picture to the left of the name :Wink ) then simply don't read the comments in that post.

Posts are labled with the author.

I don't mind reading snd interacting with people I do not agree with, or even that I do not like (as far as I know them).

There is only one member I refuse to interact with (mostly because I do not consider him a brother). But I don't have to put him on ignore in order to ignore him.

Thank goodness you’ve managed to stay humble. I, for my part, was never burdened with good looks.

peace to you

You would think all these people, wearing masks, whose brains have been washed, would be able to think better.
