Except there is not the least thought of innocence.

After noting a bit of what Pelosi said on Jimmy Kimmel,* it is clear they are still treating Trump as guilty with the hope of persuading popular opinion to join them in the “process.” She has been saying this all along, though not in these terms, as a witch on the hunt never says she is, but is she ever!


* Corrected Fallon to Kimmel.

Mueller was a dubious, even suspicious choice from the outset. His deep ties to the FBI made him unsuitable, and he has proven what a huge mistake it was to ever trust him. With every step he has further tarnished the reputation of the FBI—his selective "investigation," his indictments and arrests, his biased report, his whiny letter, and now his news conference. What a disgrace.
