    I havent seen a comment of condemnation toward a particular soldier. We havent seen a conviction. It was mentioned earlier that one confessed due to stress. And that has been largely the discussion.

    The courts-marial will give them the presumption of innocence. They will be tried there, and nowhere else.

    I would say a confession wouild be a bit difficult for the defense, unless they can show unlawful duress to get it.
