When did Zaac become "former?" Is this fake news, or is it for real? Enquiring minds would love to be enlightened!

Though I am Baptistic by belief, if I have one thing against baptists as a group, it is how some people get treated. Like vultures attacking a carcass.

The new guy posted an intro thread and otherwise only posted in a single political trainwreck thread. And he's not baptist. I wouldn't have bet on him becoming an engaged, regular member.

Ruffled feathers are one thing. Ganging up on a new person is another.
And it is not about having a sense of humor. It is about making someone welcome and giving them a chance.
He was respectful in his question. It's sad to see everyone double down on the defense of rude behavior. It's very...Baptist.

Unless you're dense, my "prove me wrong" remark, along with the "more the merrier" remark, make it painful obvious that I would rather that he return and prove me wrong. I even included a smiley for you guys who have trouble understanding the written word.
I thought the new poster came on a little bit passive-aggressive and his argument might be perceived to be a bit condescending and Cassidy was more straight to the point with maybe a little sarcastic humor (Plus the guy started talking about "freedom of choice", he couldn't have known but he was just asking for it addressing a Hardcore Determinist and daring to end his rant directed toward Cassidy with a statement like that!
) BUT like was said it is a debate board and this whining about a little aggressive debate is what seems to be the most overboard to me.
