It's beyond me why God would prohibit anybody - male or female - from preaching the gospel. I can understand men doing most of the work in the NT since the gospel was given to them but women were still involved.
If you unrighteously judge women for preaching/pastoring, then you're against God. You go against Malachi 3:6, Proverbs 6:11-19, Proverbs 1:7, Hebrews 13:Luke 2:36-38, Judges chapters 4 through 5, Acts 2:17-18, and John 20:7-18. Deborah was the first recorded pastor/preacher that was female. The keywords are the first recorded.

She was an OT Prophetess and Judge. Simply, she was not a NT pastor.

Deborah stands out not only for her wisdom but also for her courage. She is the only woman of the Old Testament who is known for her own faith and action, not because of her relationship with any man.
Deborah listened to God’s voice as a prophet and conveyed His message. Although she didn’t perform sacrifices like the men, she was crucial in leading worship services and delivering sermons as a priestess.
In the book of Judges, we can see a pattern of behavior from the people of Israel. A period of peace and prosperity would lead to the nation turning away from God. Then when they were oppressed by the surrounding nations, as divine chastening, they would eventually cry out to God for deliverance. God would raise up a leader, a Judge, to save His people from their enemies.
The first Judges were Othniel, Ehud, and Shamgar – men who were mighty warriors. These were men who fought the Canaanites and took cities in battle, who carried out dangerous solo missions and impressive feats of personal bravery. Deborah is the fourth account of a Judge and leader of Israel. She led during a period when they had been cruelly oppressed by Jabin king of Canaan for twenty years.
A whole generation of Israelites had been brought up living under oppression, with the fear of attack. It is here in this description that we find out who was Deborah in the Bible:
In the book of Judges, we are told that Deborah was a prophetess and a judge married to a man named Lapidoth. Her position is defined in Judges 4:4-5. There is not any mention of her married life other than she was married to a man named Lapidoth. You typically do not see this high of rank with a woman, so it is quite fascinating to read.
Deborah, a remarkable biblical figure, holds significant importance: Deborah is a prophetess and the only female judge mentioned in the Hebrew Bible (Judges 4:4). God appointed her to lead Israel during a challenging time. Deborah exercised faith, courage, and wisdom as a leader. She sat under the Palm Trees of Deborah, resolving disputes and judging according to God’s laws. She inspired the Israelites to a mighty victory over their Canaanite oppressors (Judges 4-5). Her leadership led to freedom and peace for Israel.

The word is Shepherds. I can't say that it was mistranslated as pastor in 4:11 because a pastor is a shepherd. The TR...

Conflating preaching the gospel with pastoring is a common mischaracterization of many who promote women as pastors. Also citing Deborah is again a common argument - neither of which prove your point. Also Deborah didn't lead the army of Israel, that was commanded by God to be a man's job. Deborah as a judge was a judgement upon the men of Israel for how weak they had become.
