Watching the video of the event, it seems the other cops were letting Casebolt hang himself. It's as if they resisted intervening because they wanted this guy to get his comeuppance.

Yep, they seemed to be in disbelief. But if I saw someone run in and roll across the ground the way he did, I'd probably get out of his way too because he just looked like he had lost touch with reality and re-entered a war zone.

Wonder if he did a stint in Iraq at some point?
