Show us where that is and maybe we can answer. Most of what you've given us so far is what Israel is gonna get.

Why do you think anyone is going to hear 'well done my good and faithful servant' at the judgment seat of Christ if no one is going to hear 'thou wicked and slothful servant'?
I don't want to get into rapture/tribulation discussion. But if ruling and reigning with Christ is not the reward, then what is?
Time relates to the kingdom also.

I may be speaking out of turn here, but you really seem to be on a side all your own. The kingdom is now and in heaven we get whatever we can imagine? Your ideas are beyond the scope of this thread and would probably need to be addressed point by point.

Isn't it interesting how a select group of people seem to get a thrill out of spreading fear and (false) bad news? Galatians 1.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Time only relates to the Kingdom as the Kingdom is on earth, and not in heaven. It is a thousand years because the earth revolves around the sun 365 and a quarter days in a year. That many revolutions makes up a year. Time is made for man. But in heaven there is no sun and the earth isn't there to revolve around it. The center of Heaven is not our solar system; it is God Himself. There is no time in heaven. Thus when a person is in heaven he is in eternity where there is no time--something that is very difficult for our minds to comprehend.

You're are not the only one to be confused by all these acronyms, DHK. I thought at first that my ignorance of them might be because I am in the UK - when I did a search for "Millennial Exclusion" at www.google.co.uk I got plenty of "hits", but not a single one when I set the preference to "Search pages from the UK". I tried the same thing with "Kingdom Denial" (I'm assuming that is what "KD" stands for), and did get 4 hits, but all were like the excerpt below, from an on-line Government publication:

EU Partners will only inform us of licences they are minded to approve when they are "essentially identical" to a United Kingdom Denial Notification (operative provision 3 of the EU Code of Conduct).

I can only think that either the doctrine has not yet made much of an impact over here yet, or that it is known by a different name.

As far as I can tell, the doctrine hasn't made much of an impact over here in the US, either. I think its followers are simply very zealous (which makes sense, since they fear 1,000 years in hell), and a huge portion of them are bombarding boards like Baptist Board in order to evangelize their views.

I admire your patience with them, but I'm afraid I have none left. I feel like Baptist Board is being overrun with a bizarre cult following bent on filling up page after page with bogus argments, and I'm frustrated that nobody is doing anything about it. I didn't join this board to discuss accursed doctrines passing themselves off as Baptist doctrines.

Would you agree that we do not enter this eternal new city until after the millenial reign?

Glad to hear you are doing great this morning A.B.

Anyway, as I am sure you are already aware of, there are plenty of rooms here where you can go to that aren't full of us crazy Bible believers who teach the truth of the Kingdom. Don't run off though. I invite you to stay...... We find you very amusing!

If by eternal new city you mean the New Jerusalem yes.
If by eternity in general, no. For we enter eternity the minute we die and go to heaven.
Also one has to keep in mind that after the MK, there is the GWT, and then immediately after that there will be a new earth and a new heaven created.

    Mr. Lamb,

I would not be privy to individuals currently teaching this doctrine in the UK. However, one of the most significant contributors to the Kingdom Accountability teaching was an Englishman named Robert Govett (1831-1901). Robert Govett was an Anglican who separated from the church when he came to understand the truth of Baptism by immersion. He was very well respected by such men as Charles Spurgeon who said the following of Mr. Govett:

"Mr. Govett wrote a hundred years before his time, and the day will come when his works will be treasured as sifted gold." - Charles H. Spurgeon

I pray this assists you as you seek more information about this doctrine.

Only one I can find is yours is 1000 years and theirs indefinite. Got any others to offer? None of significance comes to my mind.

Regarding the former, because they are a JEW coming out of the tribulation having OVERCOME it.

Precisely the problem -- that's like engaging in a gunfight with a penknife! You keep wanting to fight the Truth but you don't have all the facts.

I don't. Again, y'all need to get a handle on the rapture of the CHURCH and what happens after that to the CHURCH.

Although, I don't believe the ME doctrine, I do believe that when we stand at the judgement Seat of Christ, we will be judged according to our works, and stewardship...

Then we will be rewarded in the Kingdom accordingly.

Some will reign, some will not...

Here is where I differ from the MEs...
They believe they will be excluded from the kingdom..
Which means they have to be some place besides the Earth.

I believe they will be excluded from reigning with Christ... but still be subjects in the kingdom.

IOWs... I don't believe they will go to hell for the 1000 yr period, but will not have any authority in Christ's kingdom.
The faithful will rule and reign over them...

In order for a kingdom to exist, there must be subjects...

    • You can't have a relative buy your way out.
    • The folks praying for the dead will not help the dead.
    • Works of penance will not help.
    • Hell is a literal, real place. Purgatory is a "condition of existence".
    • The expression "purgatory" is a twelfth century creation. The expression "kingdom" is found oft in the Bible.
    • etc.

"I hear the orthodox exclaim, 'Purgatory! Purgatory!' 'Away with such a fellow from the earth; for it is not fit that he should live.' But invective is not argument, and the mandate of conventionality cannot silence the voice of God in the breast of any man to whom truth and righteousness are dearer than the plaudits of the crowd." - Stephen S. Craig (1916)

"The Roman doctrine of Purgatory would have been impossible had the Church always held and taught the full Scripture truth of a believer's purging...But the vital error lies in confusing discipline with salvation...There are no atoning sufferings but the sufferings of Calvary: works with a view to salvation are sinful and deadly...only a saved soul can be purged by chastisement. No amount or degree of suffering can improve into life a soul dead in trespasses and sins, any more than dead wood can be made to grow fruit by pruning...So we turn once again to the Scripture truth. God has provided two purgings—one by blood, and one by discipline; and the purging by blood must precede the purging by discipline." - D.M. Panton (1870-1955)

Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

    James 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

    SFIC,

Do you know you should be building with gold? If you know this and don't do it, it is sin, according to James 4:17.

Looks like you are redefining sin to fit your theory that a Christian can not be held accountable at the Christian Awards Banquet, uh, I mean the Judgment Seat of Christ.
