Because moderators on this board have said that doctrines must be proven from Paul's epistles - if they can't, then the doctrine has been conclusively shown to be false.

So? So what if we can conclude that we don't know if unbelievers go to hell? What does that prove? And why do you care? Is there a doctrine of "hell for unbelievers" that concerns you?

so if Paul doesn't address it, it's not valid doctrine?

    That's a new one.

Huh??? You'll have to show me that policy.

This is clearly a game of, "We can't prove ME by Pauline epistles. But if you can't prove unbelievers go to hell by Pauline epistles, then (watch for this HUGE leap of logic) ME must be true."

    They're trying. Very trying.

1Cr 11:32 But when we are judged, we are disciplined by the Lord so that we will not be condemned along with the world.

Tts 3:11 knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned.

Hbr 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned {by God} about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

    2Pe 2:6 and {if} He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction by reducing {them} to ashes, having made them an example to those who would live ungodly {lives} thereafter;

Edit: oops. 2 Peter wasn't written by Paul.:tongue3:

I dunno, I just think that you ought to be able to do it. Maybe your little pet doctrines of unbelievers going to hell are just fairytales and the universalists are right? Or maybe you're just a silly beaver.

I'm sorry, I see nothing in those scriptures about unbelievers going to hell.

Then do a study on the word condemned and how Jesus used it.

Well, gee, the OP limited the Word of God on the matter to Paul's epistles. Which are really the Word of God, as is Hebrews and the rest of Scripture, OT and NT. Is there anyone here denying the infallibility and inspiration of ALL Holy Scripture?

Meh. Don't play into their petty game. What does it matter if we can establish whether or not unbelievers go to hell? If they can answer that, then it might be worth responding.

On the other hand, it CERTAINLY matters if BELIEVERS go to hell for 1,000 years, and they still have no answer for that.

Les was this you? just to be clear.

Until I know, I'll just comment on your question.

    l
In Mark 10;41, the context is the time of "reward". Then in Mark 9:47, it tells when the "either\or" is. Enter Hell or Enter the Kingdom.

It must be the future Millennial Kingdom, because if it were the present Spiritual Kingdom, there wouldn't be a present time to resist temptation and avoid sin. (cut off/pluck out)

Unless that is how we get saved to begin with, which it is not.

It is REALLY nasty. It is another gospel which is not a gospel at all, and those who preach it...well, see Galatians.

What worries me is it seems like most of the ME advocates are based in Texas. I just bought a house here. I'm praying the viral infection doesn't spread to my town. Ooh...shades of Resident Evil. ;)

Nasty doesn't begin to describe it.

You can find out more by Googling "Joey Faust" or "Millennial Exclusion".

That's the fastest way. You'll spend a week trying to sort through all the BB debates on the subject in the last few weeks.
