No wonder the country is in the shape it is. And the scary thing was that the folks giving the answers were serious.

This happens all the time. I constantly see videos of people who will sign all sorts of things. All they have to do is preface it with "Obama wants" and they will sign their first born over to terrorists.

This obviously is a tongue in cheek video demonstrating the ignorance of so many Americans. After all it was done by Mark Dice, a political prankster. I bet a large majority of the folk on the video do not know what the Bill of Rights says. I also bet they have no idea how the Constitution can be changed .... and it certainly is not by the decision of a president.

"Tongue-in-cheek"? The answers were what they were. These people may have the right to vote if they are citizens, but they are not competent.
