Surgically enhanced you mean? Who cares what she looks like, what shoes she wears etc. People go out of their way to become hysterical about nothing. Just learn to "Mind your own business" is a good rule to follow.
Speaking 4,5 or 6 languages is not that rare in Central and Eastern Europe. But, yes, she must be intellligent. Let us hope she uses that gift from God well and helps those less fortunate.

By simply knowing the basics of the Slavic language you could say you could speak Slovak, Polish, Some Ukrainian, etc etc. That alone does not speak to a high level of intellect.

Edit to add. Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish share similarities that make each somewhat intelligible to each other. Some may claim knowledge in all three, but only be perfectly fluent in one.

What saddens me is that the most vocal I've seen regarding this issue have been feminist women. Women who fight judgment based on what they look like or how they dress. Women who argue against saying women should dress modestly because it is their body and their choice and no one should be shamed for what they wear....and then they shame the First Lady because she wore heels to get from the White House to the plane - something that every.single.first lady did since they first started flying planes.
