Agree completely."You cannot be pro-life and anti-refugee!"
Sure you can. Of course I am PRO - LIFE. God IS LIFE.
A refugee is a person who is forced to escape from his own country, typically to a neighboring country to seek refuge until they can return to their own country, culture, religion, language, lifestyle.
Picking up, transporting, paying for, setting up, foreigners from thousands of miles away, for permanent residency, is a stretch on the intent of a refugee, regardless of what the politicos are calling it.
The intent of foreigners gaining lawful entry into America is for them to be in agreement to assimilate.
Open eyes.
Agree completely.
Why not re-plant refugee people rather than transplant them to a strange land, strange culture, strange everything at a waste of resource.
The wall will come down in time (Berlin anyone - "Mr Gorbachev...").
For now it is a necessary evil and transmits a very loud message to the human criminal element in Mexico: STAY OUT!! To those who are not law breakers : Welcome to America, please wait you turn...

OK, when I say it's a necessary evil, it's Mexico's evil and not so much ours.I wouldn't call it evil. The Berlin Wall divided a city of the same race, language, culture, citizenry.
Scripture teaches of building Walls, dividing one kind from another. The US is not Mexico and Mexico is not the US. They are divided by Law, Creeds, Cultures, Allegiance, Language, Citizenry, etc. Defining that division by a Wall is Biblical, not evil.
Promoting the US as a nation of Laws, means nothing, IF there is no force and effect of the Law itself.
Pantywaists whining about enforcing the Law is old and boring as is their other tactics.

We don't have a wall along the Canadian border because they aren't promoting evil and trying to criminally enter our country.
I wish we didn't have to have the wall to keep back our neighbors to the south and for years we didn't but now neither the Mexican government or their people respect our rule of law, so to me it is a necessary evil because I wish it wouldn't have to be.
