Mexico’s president expressed surprise at how U.S. media are working to “censor” President Donald Trump amid contested election results.

During his daily news conference, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) doubled down on his recent decision to hold off on congratulating any candidate until all legal issues were resolved. AMLO said Trump was being silenced by media when he has tried to call out irregularities.

“In the country of freedoms, of the free press, all of a sudden they censor the president,” Lopez Obrador said. “It is not anything–this had not been seen before. The media censors. I am talking about the U.S., because in Mexico we are used to that.”

AMLO may have had an election stolen from him because he is a communist. However, he and Trump have gotten along and Mexico has put 27,000 troops on the northern border until the wall is completed. AMLO is trying not to shut off investment in Mexico.

Actually, Mexico has a world-class voter ID system and probably has more honest elections by far than we do. They issue a plastic card of passport quality with a photograph. The USA ain’t ready for reform.

I think the wall is helping to shut down drug trafficking as well as sex trafficking. This has helped Mexico fight the gangster cartels and saved Mexican women and children from being sold into American white slavery.

You do.know why that is.....right?
In order for democracy to function, people need to treat others as they want to be treated. Once a person figures it is fine to take advantage of others by say submitting fraudulent ballots, or otherwise rigging the system for their benefit, it is Katie bar the door.
In the past we had something like herd immunity, where enough people adhered to truth, such that wholesale deception was not allowed. Now, obvious falsehoods go unchallenged. The premise that having voter ID requirements is racist should be laughed at, but instead maybe half the voters say right on.
