Michael Cohen Says He Paid Off Women Who Claimed Affairs at Trump’s Direction

Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former fixer, agreed on Tuesday to plead guilty to campaign finance charges, making the extraordinary admission that he paid a pornographic film actress to secure her silence about an affair she said she had with Mr. Trump.

Mr. Cohen is also expected to plead guilty to multiple counts of bank and tax fraud. For months, prosecutors in New York have been investigating him in connection with those crimes and focusing on his role in helping to arrange financial deals with women connected to Mr. Trump.

If Mr. Cohen were to substantially assist the special counsel’s investigation, Mr. Mueller could recommend a reduction in his sentence.

I think it depends on the mid-term election results. If the Republicans have control after the elections they'll do anything, legal or illegal to maintain it. After that, there's the opportunity to vote Trump out of office in 2020 hopefully before he destroys America.

We survived the 8 years of the worst president ever had, obama, so doubt Trump will do worse, as the sconomy is still humming along!
And so far, there has been NOTHING shown that Trump has done that is illegal, much less Impeachable!

Not only has Cohen started speaking, all of which about stuff we know about (Trump paid off on two women, one directly, other by using his friends to squash a story about an affair due to run in National Enquirer). But now David Pecker (D.P.) has been granted immunity to spill the beans.

I am very interested as a Cruz fan to hear the details of how both Trump and Roger Stone used their pull with D.P. to not only hide the story of Trump's affairs with the Playboy bunny, but other stories used to taint Cruz with voters during a critical time during the election.

Lets see, the National Enquirer ran stories of Cruz's fake affairs, that Cruz was on the D.C. madams list (oddly formed when Ted was only 15y/o) and how Cruz was in the palm of big business bankers Goldman Sach. Other fake stories included stories about Ted's wife mental condition and her involvement with Goldman Sach and lets not forget, that anti-communist dad of Cruz shot JFK.

Lets not forget Roger Stone doing interviews saying the stories were true (because Cruz would not stoop down in the mud to deny them).

The irony with this is that it was Trump who was having affairs and hiding them and using his connections to D.P. to have them covered up. Then don't forget Trump denying any affairs to the America Public.

Now that said, I don't know that that can get Trump impeached. I don't care for impeachments because the ripple effect hurt other republican, some of which are good guys. But to deny that Trump has caused major destruction to both the republican party that once held the moral high ground for the most part, but also those Christians that voted for Trump and ignored Roman 3:8 because "of the good that might come from it".

We had high profile Christian people Fawell Jr and his wife pictured by Trump and his playboy mag cover. Talk about a writing on the wall warning.

We sullen this very forum because we have politicians like Hillary and Trump.
