I cannot believe that anyone would claim that "Point of Grace" would sing the songs which are mentioned on this thread. It makes me wonder, if this allegation is true, if they are really interested in glorifying God or just trying to fit into society.

There is a HUGE AND I DO MEAN HUGE misconception regarding the use of the extended index finger and pinkie finger as being some sort of gang or satanic symbol.

Unfortunately what is attempted to be communicated by most "gospel/christian" artists is the shortened or "shorthand" version of the American Sign Language finger spelling of I Love You.

Too many people inadvertantly put their thumb infront of their fingers making it look like the University of Texas Longhorn's "Hook 'em Horns" hand sign.

Using that same hand position but completely extending the thumb outward results in the ASL shorthand for I Love You.

Must we look for demons behind every single washing machine?

Also, I personally am no longer a fan of Amy Grant because she flaunted her divorce and her distain for Gary's attempt at restoration of their marriage and openly admitted that she had the "hots" for Vince Gill.

So what do I do about it? I simply don't listen to her music and I don't buy her CD's.

What man among us is without sin? Let him cast the first stone??

About the "Satanic salute" thing, it should also be noted that, in addition to the "hook 'em horns" sign and the ASL sign for "love", it's also how a catcher in baseball signals two outs to the outfield.
