Here is Michelle Obama's wonderful, inspiring speech to the Democratic convention last night.

Thanks for posting this, I to think she would be an outstanding First Lady and actually I have liked pretty much all first Ladies but I think she would have
more clout and her husband who is equally yoked with her recognizes her strength would use that for America's benefit.

nothing wrong with Cindy McCain but it is her husband and his flippant insults to her which hint at problems one instance of him calling her a name cannot be shared here but who knows, I do not trust John McCains fidelity and Vicky Iseman issue was not fully vetted and perhaps that is the way it should stay but back to
Cindy McCain I would say she is good but Michelle is excellent. imo

take care and perhaps we can get some Bluegrass relief soon.

Well, if the eyes are the windows of the soul, MO is an angry woman who pastes on a phony grin. And I don't believe she loves America.

We've seen the real MO in the recent past, but now she has reinvented herself and apparently it has worked on some people. But, of course, I'm viewing her as a woman from a woman's perspective and how women read other women.

Hillary, on the other hand, came off strong, but warm and genuine last night. And the candid shots of MO's demeanor during the Hillary speech only reinforced what I saw in her eyes when she was speaking the night before. Cold, angry, bitter, shallow, fake....to name a few.

Certainly you will disagree. But that's my opinion and what I read in her face and eyes and body language.

Yes, anything, especially bluegrass would be better than the garbage "music" the DNC has been playing the past 2 nights.

Well, watch the RNC. You'll get your bluegrass then and probably lots of country music, too. And you know Charlie Daniels will be there and probably lots of other country stars. It amazes me how you 2 could love such good music but plan to vote for Obama. Some things just don't make sense.

No, thanks. I have better things to do next week than to listen to lies and distortions by Republicans. However, if C-SPAN shows it I would like to see the alternative convention being held at the same time in that area by Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty group.

It's a "plus" to be selective about which "lies and distortions" you listen to?
Seems like six of one & half dozen of the other to me tho'!

You were close enough to see in her eyes?

The whole thing reminds me of watching the Muppet show. I actually prefer the Muppets at least they admit to being puppets controlled by their unseen masters. Can hardly wait to see what the other Muppets are up to over at the RNC.
