Ask yourself, why they cant have a decent life in Honduras.
Maybe some of the same reasons the South Vietnam people were failures while the South Koreans succeeded.
Culture of non producers, takers, and stupid people.
You know not everyone is smart enough to know how to create a better life for themselves or anyone else, this country is loaded with them too.
You can not take a sow and turn them into anything other than being a sow.

Everyone has a potential to grow in knowledge, but it is limited, we are not all the same are we, not everyone can be wise to do the right things at the right times for themselves and their country to prosper. One of the big lies is lack of education creates disasterous poverty, but you can not educate everyone, not everyone wants to learn and not everyone has the same potential. Not just culture but the DNA and of course God determines the fates of nations.

I met a Pentecostal from Honduras who told me that the earthquake messed everything up. He had a low-paying warehouse job as Indianapolis is a national center for warehouses. I think that we have some sixty nationalities in Indianapolis, a high-crime city.
