Hi Guys,

Here's one for you all.... I heard a pastor say at a Baptist Church I was once visiting that he believed that millennium saints would be judged at the great white throne of judgment?

what do you ya'll think? I'm kinda clueless on this one myself.

This was a KJV-Believing, IFB Church no less!

What do you people think, I'm curious to know.

If we are in Christ there is no condemnaion . In the judgement in the white throne judgement it says this

Revelation 20:4I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. 6Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.
Satan's Doom
7When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. 9They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God's people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
The Dead Are Judged
11Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 13The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. 14Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Take a look at this scripture

1 Corinthians 3:10By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. 11For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, 13his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man's work. 14If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward. 15If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.

There will be a final battle after Satan is loosed from the bottomless pit--after the Millennium. It will prove that even in an almost perfect environment, man's heart remains wicked (Jer. 17:9). Revelation 20:7-15 says that those who follow Satan in this final rebellion will be as the "sand of the sea" (vs. 8, Rev. 20). Those who follow Satan are NOT saints. The Great White Throne is for the UNSAVED only.

Me too

I even know how to research it in the Bible and how to
extrapolate. But most people can't follow the logic of my
extrapolation so they think i'm making it up :tear:

[MATHS 101: EXTRAPOLATION - to determine data outside
the scope of the given data.

[BTW, 'maths' is a British usage; American usage is 'mathematics']

Amen on your first two sentences - you are sure RIGHT ON!.

Your third sentence does not logically or Biblically follow
the first two. Will there be people who don't follow Satan?
Will they be considered elect saints? I don't know.
I do suspect there will be people who die in the Millennial
Messanic Kingdom world who trust Jesus - the only road
to salvation. What happens to these saved when they die?
What happens to these saved at the Great White Throne
Judgement?

Maybe he is trying to explain why Rev 20:13-15 seems to say that there are people who are going to come out of death and hell at the end of the millennium who are written in the book of life. I think it is because there are people who are going to come out of death and hell at the end of the millennium who are written in the book of life.

That is exactly how I interpret the reason why God imprisons satan and then lets him loose. It leaves men totally without excuse and exposes their wicked hearts. Not only is the world idyllic compared to the way it is today, Jesus is right there on earth during the millenium. Nobody can pretend He didn't exist, or that He's not who He says He is. Yet even then, people are deceived and rebel against Him. I'm very glad to see that someone else out there sees it this way.
